The VIPE Academy project officially started yesterday with the first in-person meeting at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia. The Kick Off Meeting brought together project partners to align the vision, structure and expectations for this two-year Erasmus+ initiative. The meeting established a shared understanding of project objectives, management processes and roles, while outlining the timeline for developing the educator training toolkit, delivering virtual interprofessional education (IPE) events, and building an international community of practice. Partners reviewed evaluation and dissemination strategies, explored approaches for ethical and inclusive implementation and agreed an action plan to ensure a strong foundation for creating accessible, high-quality virtual IPE opportunities for learners and educators across Europe and beyond.
